Who is collecting the data?

What data is being collected?
Minimum Identification/ log-in details (required):

We do not:

What is the legal basis for processing the data?

We process your data on the basis of the agreement between you and us, formed further to your acceptance of our Terms of Service, including Privacy Policy, to the extent required for the performance of the agreement (the “Agreement”).Your minimum identification data, and the processing of the data you choose to provide to us is necessary to ensure we can provide the Services properly under the Agreement, which is otherwise impossible. We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our web site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on previous visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy.

3. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law to require commercial web sites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.

According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

Users can visit our site anonymously. Once this Privacy Policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can easily be found on the page specified above.
